Terms & Conditions

• All loadout trailers must be delivered in 10 days or less. If they haven't delivered in that time frame then a charge of $35 a day will be charged for each past due day.
• The date listed on the release is the start date If a delivery falls on a day that Ervin isn't open the delivery date will be the next business day.
• If a repair is needed for a load out trailer & the trailer is 500 miles out of route from the pick-up point to the delivery point Ervin will not be responsible for the repair. If a repair is needed on an overdue trailer Ervin will not be responsible for the repair. If an invoice is not received whithin 60 days of the delivery date there will be a late invoicing fee of  $100 deducted from the invoice
